  • Chicken (1 lb, cooked and shredded)
  • Hass Avocado (2, peeled, pitted, and mashed)
  • Mayonnaise (2-3 tbsp, we subbed sour cream)
  • Lime Juice (1 tbsp plus 1 tsp)
  • Red Bell Pepper (1/2 pepper, finely diced)
  • White Onion (3 tbsp, finely chopped)
  • Cilantro (3 tbso, finely chopped)
  • Jalapeno Pepper (1/2 pepper, finely chopped)
  • Garlic (2 tsp, finely minced)
  • Salt and Black Pepper


  • In a medium bowl, mix the mashed avocado, mayonnaise, and line juice.
  • Mix in the chicken, bell pepper, onion, cilantro, jalapeno, and garlic.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.
